The long way home.
Ten years ago,
we were two people who fell in love and made a marriage out of it. A book. A baby business. A brand. And eventually, a gospel of hustle we didn’t mean to write.
We were relationship coaches by then — telling other couples how to make it work while quietly forgetting how to enjoy our own marriage. We’d been performing intimacy on the internet for so long, we couldn’t remember what it felt like off-camera.
So we stopped.
Then we went quiet.
For almost a year. No content. No coaching calls. No couple-of-the-week moments for the algorithm to chew on. Just us, the slow work of remembering who we were before the platform, and a long, unflattering list of habits we had to put down.
What came back was different. Quieter. More honest. More ours. We started writing fiction (T.L.). We started taking voice work that paid the rent and fed his soul (Kenyon). We started making things just because they felt good to make.
Now, we make things slowly.
